maple products all made in the traditional way of days gone by.

More often we use the maple syrup as a dessert or replace sugar and honey.
We can add in white cheese, yogurt, on small fruits, on pancakes, on bred whit
cream and let your immagination go.
As an appetizer in white dry wine or in champagne.
Maple jelly

Less sweet than the butter, to use on toast, on cake, into donut or serve with ham, pork chops and duck.
Maple butter

To produce the maple butter, we boil the maple syrup at 111,5* celcius and
stir well until a butter texture appeard, without any add. It's a pure maple
product. The maple flavour with a caramel taste. Use on toast, or glaze a cake

We suggest to use for deglaze : liver, pork chops ,duck, sea food,vegetables
or in a simple salad.
Soft maple candies

100% pur Boil until 114* celcius and deposit into a mold.
Hard maple candies

Boild at 122 celcius and drop into a mold.
